Fusion Sleep contains passionflower, which is traditionally used to relieve sleeplessness and reduce the time it takes to fall asleep in Western herbal medicine. It also contains ziziphus, which is traditionally used for the same reasons in Chinese medicine.

• Plus Chinese herbs schisandra, polygala, albizia, biota and poria
