Mango Collagen Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Smoothie Bowl


1 Ripe Banana (frozen works best, but if you don’t have frozen, just add some extra ice cubes)

1 cup frozen mango

2-3 Ice cubes (or 3-4 if banana is fresh)

1/4 cup of vanilla yoghurt (replace with coconut yoghurt for dairy free)

1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

1Tbsp White Wolf Pineapple Mango Protein H2O

Coconut water, as required

Topping

1Tbsp oats

1Tbsp fresh or toasted coconut chips

1tsp cacao nibs

2-3 Fresh strawberries, sliced


1. Put the ingredients – in order – into a high speed blender

2. Gradually increase speed of blender, ensuring frozen mango, banana and ice are breaking up.

3. Keep blender running at high speed until all ingredients are well mixed. Add coconut water to help mixture move, if required.

4. Pour mixture into your favourite bowl, and top with topping ingredients

5. Enjoy immediately!
