Easy high protein peanut butter bliss balls recipe

Whip up these low-sugar bliss balls quickly and easily. High in fibre and full of flavour, you can make these in one bowl and better still – there’s no baking required!

These bliss balls are a favourite around the Go Vita Ballarat store. They are moreish and tasty so perfect for morning tea, as well as being a good protein source to keep you going all afternoon.

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, until well blended.
  2. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow mixture to firm up.
  3. Using damp hands roll into balls.
  4. Store in the fridge or freezer.
