Wonder Foods PHGG (Partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum, Sunfiber®) is a prebiotic fibre derived from the guar bean. PHGG acts as a fuel source for beneficial bacteria in the gut to ferment and produce short-chain fatty acids, which changes the pH of the colon so it no longer favours the growth of pathogenic organisms to flourish and cause havoc.
