Organic Road Certified Organic Besan Flour is made from milled organic chickpeas. Also known as garbanzo flour, it is grain free and nut free. Traditionally used in Indian breads and pastries such as pappadums, it acts as an excellent binder and can be used to replace eggs in savoury recipes such as homemade burgers.
