Lotus Bourghal, also known as cracked wheat, is minimally processed and is delicious in dishes such as tabouli. Whole wheat groats are steamed, cracked and then dried to create this par-cooked nutty grain. With a subtle wheat flavour and aroma, Bourghal has a light, fluffy consistency and slightly chewy texture when prepared.
