Dandelion’s herbal name is Taraxacum Officinale which is derived from the Greek taraxos (disorder) and akos (remedy) on account of the curative action of the plant. Dandelion has been used as a medicine for centuries.
Infuse Roasted Dandelion in teapot or strainer for 2-3 minutes and strain into cup, or use as you would ground coffee in your percolator, plunger or coffee machine. It makes a delicious cappuccino or latte.
