Organic Road Certified Organic Turmeric Powder is produced from the dried rhizome of the Curcuma longa plant, in the same family as ginger. Commonly used in Indian and Asian cuisines, its trademark bright yellow colour and peppery aroma can spice up many dishes.

Add to stir fries, casseroles, roast vegetables and soups. Use a quarter a teaspoon to water when cooking rice or cous cous to give a yellow colour, or mix with milk to create a healing turmeric latte.
