This sea salt contains Atlantic dulse flakes (harvested from an organically certified area) and wild harvested wakame seaweed. The seaweeds are dried naturally to preserve nutrients and tested for contaminants. The ocean has an abundance of minerals, nutrients and vitamins, many of which are depleted in soils, so Sea Salt may be a preferable alternative to rock salts.
