High in dietary fibre and a good source of protein and omega 3 fatty acids. Natural Road LSA mix uses three seeds to offer a combination of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids (including omega 3 fatty acids and alpha-linolenic acids).
Can be sprinkled over cereal or porridge, stir into yoghurt, smoothies, juice or added to baking.
