Wonder Foods PHGG Plus contains the prebiotic Partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum (Sunfiber®) with the probiotic Bacillus Coagulans MTCC 5856 (Lactospore®). Lactospore is a beneficial probiotic strain that has been shown through human studies to significantly decrease the symptoms of IBS.

This product is a synergistic blend of prebiotic and probiotic, which improves the health and diversity of gut flora. It promotes healthy bowel function and regularity and may reduce the symptoms of constipation, diarrhoea and gas, particularly in those with Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
