HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Go Vita Ballarat partner with Shippit to deliver your orders. Once our team has picked and packed your order with care you will receive a tracking number via email letting you know it’s on the way. You’ll receive regular updates from the courier as the order makes its way to you. If you do want to know more about the status of your delivery you can either contact Shippit using the link in the email or contact shop@govitaballarat.com.au.
Alternatively you can track your order directly with Shippit. Please ensure you have your tracking number handy that will be included in the email sent direct from Shippit once your order has left our store.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We expect most orders to arrive safely to your door within 2-7 business days. Once you hit the checkout button our team will have the order packed and ready to ship within 1-2 business days unless you are notified otherwise. Your health and wellness goodies will then be collected by the courier and depending on where you are located this could add another 1-5 days to your delivery time.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO BOXES, our freight partners specialise in door to door delivery which is why we request a physical street address.
Note: Due to current supply chain challenges there have been some delays to usual delivery times but your order tracking notifications should keep you updated on progress.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
Our standard shipping fee is a $6.99 flat rate Australia wide. All orders over $75 will attract FREE STANDARD SHIPPING so we encourage you to stock up on goodness!
HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE I’VE PLACED IT?
If you have made a mistake on your order or want to cancel it, please let us know as soon as possible at shop@govitaballarat.com.au. We will try to make changes to your order if it has not yet been despatched. Please note that once it has been booked for delivery, we are unable to make any changes.
DO YOU OFFER CLICK & COLLECT AT YOUR STORE?
Yes, please contact our store on 03 5331 5316 or shop@govitaballarat.com.au and request that your order is set aside for you. All orders must be collected within 5 days.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA?
No, we currently only ship Australia wide, please check back as this may change in the future.
DO I NEED TO SIGN UP TO BE A GO VITA CLUB MEMBER TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No, you can checkout as a guest, but we really recommend signing up to receive our information packed health and wellness updates, special offer alerts, access to special member and super day pricing; in fact it will just make your overall experience with us that much better!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Go Vita Ballarat wants you to be satisfied with your purchase, and of course we will meet all our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law. In addition, we do take great care to ensure we present a high-quality range of products via our online store, however if for any reason the goods you receive are damaged or defective we will refund or exchange the item(s), provided you contact us within 30 days of delivery and you provide proof of purchase (i.e online invoice/order confirmation) and return the defective items to us. We reserve the right to not offer a refund or exchange where the item fault is the result of misuse or neglect. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method. Please be aware that we do not provide refunds on sale items.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
